We started in the 1990s with automation  system  in general  and  going into semiconductor in early 2000s. In the year 2003， Setting HQ in Hong Kong and our  R & D and design and manufacturing base in Penang， Malaysia and our marketing and service support Centre in Suzhou， China .We have established our own brand name “NIT” for standard standalone  machines and “Darcet” for automation engineering systems. We also work together closely with our customers to the design and built of customized industrial automation systems and machinery， fabrication of industrial and engineering parts as well as the provision of TOTAL industrial AUTOMATION support  with BOO and BOT services arrangement.
To date， we have built hundreds of machines/systems with a annual turnover of More than tens of millions of dollars and we believe with our determinations and committed people and support from our partners， we will triple our growth in next 5  years plan.
