NiT 16 TY
The NiT 16 TY series is a 16-heads turret based handler developed to handle very leadless integrated circuit devices using the flexibility of Bowl feeder,Tube feeder or Tray feeder.
This High Speed Tray Handler has the flexibility of configuring multiple process capabilities to meet today’s demanding environment of high productivity semiconductor manufacturing on Vision Inspections,sorting and Packing.
Some of its handling capabilities include multiple vision inspections, part orientation, reject sorting in bucket and tape & reel modules. It also provides an easy conversion to various semiconductor packages.
